The old grain store, stables, cart house and loft have been converted into a beautiful four-bedroom space - the Big Barn. There's a living/dining space with wood-burning stove, a kitchen, family room, and plenty of space outside to really stretch out or relax in the hot tub. We're close to market towns Melton Mowbray and Oakham, but far enough away for complete peace and quiet! Our local pub - The Royal Oak - is superb, there is a farm shop and cafe less than a mile up the road, and a fantastic 'Club House' bar, just a 15 minute walk away.

The Big Barn is completely unique. Many of the building's original features remain, alongside home comforts. All four bedrooms are en-suite and include Emma mattresses, as well as TVs and bluetooth radios. If you need a travel cot or one of our 'fold-away' beds, just ask. The maximum number of adult guests is 8 - with room for two more smaller beds for children.

One thing to note is that the staircase is a spiral one. There is a standard staircase on the outside of the building (fire escape) if you'd rather use this.
